How the total is built
The calculator exists because people add a ticket price in their head and then discover food, parking and the hotel were the real bill. It does not look up fares. You still have to go and find those figures; this page only adds them in the same shape as a park day.
- Tickets × group size. Use the figure you would actually pay for that date, not the walk-up rack rate if you already hold a pass.
- Food × group size. A sit-down meal and a snack day are different numbers; pick one on purpose.
- Travel, parking and stay sit outside the per-person multiply so a shared car or one hotel room is not counted four times.
- Currency is a display label (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD). There is no conversion between them.
Costs this box will not catch
Skip-the-line products, on-ride photos, locker hire, visas, travel insurance and souvenir spend are not fields here. If those are part of your trip, add them into travel or stay rather than pretending the total is complete.
Resort hotels also follow their own clocks. A late park close does not mean the same for dinner. Check booking paperwork for those, not this calculator.

Where the parks in this index actually sit
Travel scale is the part a generic “theme park budget” page skips. A Thorpe Park day from London is a different travel line from Ferrari World or Fuji-Q. The table is the current country split of this directory, so you can see whether the trip is a local gate or an intercontinental fare before you type a number.
